We do our best to ensure that you are happy with your watch and can enjoy it for years of trouble-free operation. WARRANTY: All of our consumer watches are covered by a one-year guarantee on parts and operation. The overall functions and timing accuracy are guaranteed to be in working condition during this period. In the event of warranty repair, we will fix or replace parts as needed free of charge (excluding shipping costs). This warranty applies to models purchased via our website, pop-up events, and/or store purchases. Warranty terms of other custom commissions (of watch quantities more than ten in number) would be covered under a separate contractual agreement.
COVERAGE: Our one-year warranty covers usage under standard conditions and does not apply to impact-related damage, misuse, or exposure to extreme elements or moisture. Non-covered issues may include shattered crystals, exterior case damage, broken crowns, or loose watch hands. If a watch requiring service incurs additional (non-warranty) work, we will be happy to supply an estimate for the repairs or provide referrals or advice. In some cases we may include “non-covered” work under a standard warranty, subject to our discretion.
RETURN POLICY: Customers have a period of 7 calendar days to return a new watch purchase. Due to the made-to-order nature of our product fulfillment, we are unable to provide a full refund—however will reimburse a customer for the purchase price minus shipping fees and a 35% restocking fee. The watch must be in new unworn condition with all original boxes and packaging included. This return policy only applies to models and editions ordered via our website and does not cover custom orders or event purchases.
“EASY SWAP” GUARANTEE (for readymade models): A customer can exchange a purchase for an item of comparable price within 15 days of receipt (the watch must be unworn and in new condition). This policy only applies to readymade models and not made-to-order items. Shipping costs not included.
SHIPPING: When shipping back a watch for warranty work or return, it is recommended that the customer purchase postal insurance to cover the full value. We will not be responsible for the item if it is lost during shipment. Likewise we are not liable for unforeseen import duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be incurred during cross-border shipments.
CUSTOM ORDERS: For one-off custom orders or commissions, we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with the outcome. Please contact us with specific questions or concerns.
